SMS / text messaging program terms
When you opt in to receive text messages from Burdoz LLC, the following terms apply:
- Program description: Burdoz LLC sends appointment confirmations, scheduling messages, service updates, and follow-up messages related to your inquiry or account.
- Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Charges are billed by your mobile carrier according to your plan.
- Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP. After you send STOP, we will confirm your unsubscribe status and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again as you did the first time.
- Help: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply HELP for assistance, call us at (205) 379-6337, or email info@burdoz.com.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy: Information about how we handle your data, including mobile information, is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting to disrupt their operation, accessing them by automated means without permission, or using them for unlawful purposes.
